Great experience from start to finish. Aran couldn’t have been more helpful, always replied to calls and messages promptly even after the sale when dealing with a small issue. Very happy with the vehicle and couldn’t recommend this dealer more highly.

What a great Company! Made an online part exchange enquiry early morning hours. By 9am Aran had called, agreed the part ex and informed me that he would arrange delivery of my new car and collection of my old that same evening! He kept me updated with his expected arrival time and got the car to me (Birmingham to Southampton) at 10pm on a Friday. Both he and his colleague were very friendly and approachable - he promised to take care of two minor outstanding details (replacement bonnet catch and locating the 2nd key) as soon as he was able and has done exactly as promised. I am so glad to have found such a genuine, trustworthy, Company and would recommend 100%. Even my husband, who recently replaced his car, wishes he'd used these guys!

I recently enquired about a vehicle they had advertised on their website. From the get go, we were kept regularly informed with pictures or any information we were after. We went and looked at the car and reserved it the same day. The car is a dream and I couldn't be happier with my new purchase! They took my old car in as a part ex which made the process so smooth. Very happy customer. Could not recommend these guys enough!

I highly recommend going to see R A Motor Co for your next used car purchase. Excellent communication throughout the purchase of my son's first car. A few little extra's also thrown in and with a delivery to our doorstep on the same day of purchase I don't know what more I could have asked for. Top job guys...

Just purchased an Astra. The salesman was extremely helpful and very friendly not the usual 'smile there's a customer here. Offered a great part exchange on my Corsa. Highly recommended dealer.

There are lots of dealers with mostly 5 star reviews as most vehicles sold are fine. It is the vehicles where problems do occur that show the true nature of the dealer. I bought the car from Aran without seeing it. Aran arranged delivery in the evening when it was convenient for me, and the next day when it was taxed and insured I took it for a test drive pushing it hard during the test and an engine warning light came on and the car went into limp mode. It was not an issue that would show up on regular use, but I was able to reproduce the problem consistently. Aran told me to get my local garage to quote to fix the issue and he would see to the bill. The error reported was a generic error and the garage were not sure how to proceed and how much it would cost, so, Aran collected the car, and took it back to his garage whom he trusted. He told me if they had not found the issue in a week he would refund my money. The garage had the car for a few days before identifying a small crack in a pipe in the turbo. It took a few more days to change the turbo which fixed the issue. Aran again delivered the car back to me in the evening. Aran understands that sometimes a problem will occur and there will be no profit on a vehicle, and he values his reputation enough to ensure any problems are fixed.

I bought a Cat N 15 plate Fiesta which saved me £2k. Without seeing the car first, I made an informed buying decision. Says a lot about the seller, right? Especially with me working in the industry for 5 years. Trust me; I've seen all snake oil salesmen. Combining Aran's 5-star reviews with our phone calls immediately gave me peace of mind. Not only has he been doing what he's doing for 20 years - he's built a business through reputation and recommendations. The car was everything I expected. Even sent me pics before it was fixed (most people don't). To top it off, he paid a locksmith to visit my house and remove my Ford's 'MyKey' feature that caps the speed limit and music volume. Would highly recommend buying a car from Aran. He's a true gent!

The day after I had bought the car, I found that the air conditioning was broken! When I told them this, they said bring the car back. I was 300 miles away. He said bring the car back, then get a train back to Devon, then get a train back to Birmingham to collect the car! not sure that the guarantee is worth much?

We honoured our warranty to repair the air con, as we do with all our customers, we never have let anyone down, but you said you did not want to travel or get it sorted and chose to rather speak very abruptly and rude over the phone about getting a train. Also you said you was not bothered about the ac anyway as you was living in Mexico and only came to Devon once a year. We could not pay to collect the car as you had bought the car already on a massively discounted price. Now you left us a 1 start review after we said we would repair but you wasn’t willing to travel to us or a local garage. I think this was more about being spiteful and leaving us a 1 star review than the air con.
